What to expect

- We measure, probe the subfloor for moisture, and note any demo scope
- Written quote delivered within 1–3 business days
Material Selection
We bring samples or meet you at the showroom. Ceramic, porcelain, LVT, LVP — we match the material to the room and the budget.
What to expect
- Sample boards for every shortlisted tile brought to your home
- Side-by-side comparison under your actual lighting
- Lead times disclosed before you commit — no surprise delays
- Grout color and trim selected at the same visit
Scheduled Installation
We confirm a real start date and give you a day-by-day schedule. Typical bathroom: 3–4 working days. LVT/LVP room: 1–2 days.
What to expect
- Clear room of furniture before Day 1 — we handle the rest
- Pets stay in a separate area while saws are running and overnight on grout day
- Adjacent rooms protected with dust barriers
- Jobsite left clean at the end of every workday

What to expect
- Final walk-through to spot hollow tile, lippage, or grout gaps
