Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of Entriquit Tile by Designs LLC, a family-owned tile and flooring installation company based in the Kansas City metro. It applies to information we collect through this website and through any quote inquiry, phone call, or email that follows from a visitor reaching out via this site.

2 · What we collect

Two kinds of information, and nothing more

We keep the data we collect narrow on purpose — only what is needed to respond to a project inquiry or keep the site running.

Information you submit via the quote form

Our quote form on this site (linked from the home page and from every city landing page) collects the following fields when you fill it out:

  • name — your name so we know who we are calling back
  • email — to send the written scope and price
  • phone — to follow up on the project details
  • projectType — the kind of work (tile, LVT/LVP, bath remodel, etc.) so we send the right crew
  • message — free-form notes on the job, room count, and timeline
  • area — optional, the city or neighborhood where the work will be done

Submissions are delivered to our inbox over HTTPS. We do not place tracking pixels, marketing cookies, or third-party analytics scripts on the form.

Standard server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request — the IP address that made the request, the user agent the browser sent, the timestamp, and the URL that was requested. These logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard log rotation and are used only for security, abuse detection, and diagnosing site issues. We do not sell, rent, or share log data.

3 · How we use it

Responding to your project — that is all

We use the information you submit only to respond to your lead — to call or email you about the job you described.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the form to our inbox (such as our hosting and email-delivery providers, who receive the data solely to transmit it to us).

4 · Data retention

How long we keep your information

We retain lead data (your submission, our reply, and any project notes from the resulting sales conversation) for up to 12 months — long enough to keep the conversation, follow up on the project, and honor our workmanship warranty. After 12 months, lead records are deleted from our active systems.

Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard log rotation, which we do not control directly. We do not backup log data off-host.

We respond to privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe. There is no charge to view or delete your data.
